Who we are

Fortica is a construction company specialising in data centre fit-out, industrial construction (factories, halls, workshops and storage buildings) and commercial construction (hotels, restaurants and office buildings).

Our expertise lies in managing complex projects that require advanced technical knowledge, precision and attention to detail. We work with architects, engineers and design teams to provide our clients with fully integrated solutions from the ground up.

We are part of CTS Group.

We are looking for skilled people for our projects in Narvik, Kristiansand, Fyresdal and Seinäjoki (Finland).

Life at Fortica

Build what powers the digital world.

Every time someone streams a film, sends a message or uses the cloud, it runs through a data centre. At Fortica, we build them, and you can be part of it.

Real projects, real impact. You work on large, modern construction projects across Norway and the Nordics, together with skilled colleagues from many countries. What you build here will be used by millions of people.

Safety first, always. You get the right equipment and a proper introduction before you start, and we help you get your HSE card (HMS-kort).

Grow with us. New to data centres? If you have solid construction experience, we will help you learn the rest.

Ready to build with us? See our open positions below.
